Black Sabbath are metal ledgends, they have been around in some form or another now for the better part of 40 years or so. Some folks think the band died in 1979 when Ozzy was fired.  That's too bad, because there's a lot of music that's extremely good in the intervening years of the band before Ozzy returned in the late 90's. They were the first and the greatest heavy metal band. Their exciting brand of hard rock, and their hell raising behaviour have made them legends. They have sold millions of albums worldwide, with ardent fans across the globe.
